Title: Application Programmer
Location: Boston, MA(LOCALS AS F2F INTERVIEW)
Duration: 10 Years(very long term)
Interview : F2F ONLY
GC/USC on 1099/W2 only
Responsibilities:
* Employ core technologies and agile development methodologies in vogue in
the current team
* Participate in server-side development activity for back-end Java-based
services using REST, SOAP or related protocols
* Collaborate with business analysts, other developers, and QA team members
to build and deploy applications in support of business and technical in
* Proficiency in Java development, RESTful service development, JUnit, SQL,
and experience with database technologies such as Oracle
* Strong understanding of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache
Camel
* Familiarity with messaging technologies such as IBM MQ / Active MQ, UNIX
shell scripting, build/SCM tools like TeamCity/Bamboo/Jenkins,
SVN/GIT/Perforce, Maven
* A consummate team player that can work on demanding projects under
extremely tight deadline sedatives.
Qualifications
* A BS or BA in Computer Science or Information Technology
* Minimum of 8 years of development experience
* Financial service experience and knowledge of exchange traded derivatives
and fixed income products strongly preferred.
