Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication (OAuth2/JWT).
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka).
• Ability to read and analyze application logs and stack traces.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for integration applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to data flows, microservices, batch jobs, API failures, and system integrations.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
• Troubleshoot issues in Java Spring Bootbased microservices including performance, availability, and functional failures.
• Monitor and support REST APIs, event-driven integrations, message queues (Kafka), and batch processes.
• Validate integration payloads (JSON/XML) and troubleshoot mapping issues.
• Respond proactively to alerts and system degradation.
• Participate in patching, releases, and deployment validation.
• Document SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor system health using tools Dynatrace.
