Job description

This client is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer based in Boston, MA with a requirement of 4 days onsite. You will be joining a global investment management firm that is focused on delivering software solutions that support essential financial systems. This is a long-term contract role.
This is a high impact role in which you will drive testing strategy and lead offshore teams in fast paced environments. In this role you will be leveraging Java, BDD, Gherkin, AI driven testing tools, and automated QA practices, with strong visibility across enterprise applications that will support important business functions and global stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
  • Excellent with Java based testing frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Development
  • Hands- on experience with Gherkin
  • Experience leading or managing offshore teams across multiple time zones
