Job Title: Java Developer - JSF (JavaServer Faces)
Location: Omaha NE (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java-based frameworks, UI component development, and backend integration, along with a passion for building scalable and performant systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, JSF, and related technologies
  • Build reusable UI components using JSF (PrimeFaces/RichFaces/ADF Faces preferred)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or above)
  • Hands-on experience with JavaServer Faces (JSF) framework
