We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and experienced Java Developer to join our team. The potential candidate would work closely with other members of the team and other functional groups within Sales & Service Solutions as a whole. The role demands technical expertise in AI, software development using microservices, Java/Spring Boot, building REST APIs, event-driven architecture, working with databases, UI web component development using Angular, and handling production issues and complex requirements for customers.

Key Responsibilities: As a Java Developer or Senior Developer in the Sales Cloud team, the primary responsibility will be to develop product features, integrating AI-driven solutions, and helping the team deliver services on the cloud-native stack on a continuous basis. You will work with a highly motivated and talented set of colleagues. You will:

    · Be a motivated, self-starter who can operate with minimal handholding.

    · Translate business requirements into scalable and performant technical solutions.

    · Design, code, test, and assure the quality of complex product features within our Sales Cloud portfolio.

    · Contribute to the integration of AI-powered capabilities into our solutions using SAP AI Core and LLMs.

    · Collaborate across teams and time zones, demonstrating flexibility and accountability.

Qualifications:

    · 4 - 9 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to building products on the cloud-native stack.

    · Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.

    · Proficiency in Java; Spring Boot experience preferred.

    · Expertise in Python, agentic AI frameworks would be well received.

    · Familiarity with JavaScript; experience with Angular is plus.

    · Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

    · Proven track record of writing production-grade code for enterprise-scale systems.

    · Working knowledge of document store (e.g. MongoDB) is a nice to have

    · Experience with SAP software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform) is an asset.

    · Strong collaboration and communication skills.

    · Experience using tools like JIRA for tracking tasks and bugs.
