Incident & Problem Management
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring and high-impact production issues.
  • Identify trends and recurring failures and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.

  • Document incidents, root causes, resolutions, and preventative actions.
  • Maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and application support documentation.
  • Participate in incident reviews and continuous improvement of support processes.
Release & Deployment Support
  • Support application releases, deployments, and production changes.

  • Strong experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting complex issues (incidents, RCA, permanent fixes)
  • Working knowledge of .NET / .NET Core and C# required
  • Ability to independently learn and navigate an unfamiliar legacy Java codebase to troubleshoot production issues, even without extensive Java development experience
  • Strong SQL troubleshooting experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, or equivalent (queries, data investigation, and performance issues—not report-only use)
  • Experience troubleshooting RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, JSON, XML, and common integration patterns
  • Experience with Git and source code repositories
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD or application deployment / release processes
  • Experience working with development, infrastructure, database, vendor, and business teams
