Job Description:
  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Work with development teams to resolve application defects.
  • Perform code fixes, enhancements, and deployments when required.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
  • Support application releases and ensure system stability.
  • Create RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documents for critical incidents.
  • Participate in on-call support and weekend deployments as needed.
Preferred Skills:
