Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and working knowledge of React. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently owning features end-to-end, from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver features throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and provide implementation recommendations.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Support production releases and troubleshoot issues when required.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical solutions effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills (Primary – 70%)

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java
  • Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
  • Experience with distributed systems and enterprise application development
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and development best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies
