Performance Tester

Location: New Jersey, NJ

Rate: DOE $/hr. on w2 only

Position Type: contract

Interview Process: Phone followed by F2F

US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD, TN only

Performance Tester

5+ years of professional software engineering in test experience

Experienced in mobile (iOS and Android) and service/api test automation

Experience developing automation in at least one of OO languages - Java, C#, JavaScript, Python (preferred one is Java/JavaScript)

Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development

Coding experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, services, and physical devices (preferred one is on Appium with Java/Node.js based frameworks)

Exposure to AWS Device Farm/ Sauce Labs Cloud is preferred

Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven is must

Experience in Mobile App profiling tools

Exposure to Device level Performance Testing & Analysis

Perf Testing & Engineering Skills is a Plus

iOS and/or Android app dev experience – ObjectiveC/Swift exp is a plus

Knowledge of SOA, Performance Testing and scalability

Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an SDET role

Strong problem solving skills; adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership

Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
