Title: Senior Java Backend & Data Engineering

Location:  Mountain View, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.

·        Build cloud-native microservices and REST APIs deployed on AWS.

·        Develop scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using Java and Python.

·        Build and optimize distributed data processing solutions for high-volume enterprise applications.

·        Collaborate with AI/ML, backend, and product engineering teams to enable AI-powered capabilities through reliable data platforms.

·        Design high-performance, resilient systems following modern software engineering best practices.

·        Leverage AI technologies to improve developer productivity and integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications.

·        Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, performance tuning, testing, and production support.

Required Skills:

·        7+ years of software engineering experience.

·        Strong hands-on experience with Java 17/21.

·        Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

·        Strong experience developing applications on AWS.

·        Strong proficiency in Python.

·        Experience building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or distributed data processing systems.

·        Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, or similar distributed data technologies.
