Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. This role will be responsible for defining architecture standards, guiding engineering teams, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and driving modernization across cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Define scalable, secure, and resilient architecture for enterprise applications and microservices.
• Lead architecture decisions across Java/Spring Boot and selected Python-based solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Establish and enforce design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews; mentor developers and technical leads.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, performance issues, and architectural risks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
• Drive cloud-native adoption using AWS/GCP , Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, and operational excellence practices.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of software development experience, including significant architecture experience in Java-based systems.
• Deep expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with microservices and distributed systems design.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle and MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven, and Gradle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Python.
• Exposure to LLM/AI-driven applications.
• Experience with architecture governance, API strategy, and performance engineering
