Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Certified Diverse Supplier and Award-Winning Global Software Consultancy founded in 2007, specializing in Digital Transformations across various domains. They are seeking a Java Microservices tech lead to take technical ownership for project delivery, manage teams, and ensure smooth operations while working closely with stakeholders at the customer location.
Responsibilities:
• Technical ownership for Project Delivery working at customer location.
• Considerable expertise in Java1.8 and above, Microservices, JavaScript, DOJO.
• Experience using tools like, Eclipse, JIRA and GIT, Service Now.
• Experience in managing and driving projects using Agile Methodologies.
• Work with the Customer Business community to understand technical requirements and then articulate and groom them with the team at onsite and offshore.
• Work hands-on with other team(Junior, mid-level) at offshore to deliver the project.
• Work with PM, BA, Architect, On/Offshore Lead, stakeholders for LLD, Design Phase and document the same.
• Work with Onsite/stakeholders closely for status updates, integration, clarifications and ensure smooth operations etc.
• Work with team members (mentor, guide) manage/delegate the day to day tasks and complete implementation in time.
• Review Code, guide team on issues and ensure code quality.
• Should have good knowledge of Devops tools like Jenkins et al.
• Working understanding of Monitoring Tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics will be an added advantage.
• Work with INFRA/application teams for enabling smooth operations for project. Co-ordinate with offshore team to channel the information from onsite, work with dev team for CUT phase, help in resolving defects, manage onsite and offshore expectations on a daily basis, Work with L3, Project team, QA for analyzing/resolve performance related issues.
• Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Should have had considerable experience working with external stakeholders sitting at customer location.
• Should understand Incident and problem Management, Service Request Management, SLA management, Change Management, Release Management and other key App-Ops concepts.
