Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Tech Lead with at least 12 years of experience in backend development, risk-based applications, and Java technologies. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience and a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. Experience in the banking or financial domain is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Strategy
Lead the design, architecture, and development of backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Java developers.
Ensure adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and security standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand risk-related business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Backend Development & Risk Systems
Develop high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications.
Implement risk modeling, fraud detection, or compliance-driven features in financial applications.
Optimize data processing pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
Integration & Performance Optimization
Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
Optimize system performance, latency, and scalability.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
Team Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Lead and participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Drive Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Java Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.

✅ Backend Development: Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns.
✅ Cloud & DevOps: Experience in AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
✅ Database & Messaging: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
✅ Messaging Systems: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
