Salary: $128,054.78 - $178,500.96 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the design and delivery of secure, high-performance Java microservices and cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform to power critical patient care experiences.
  • Build modern, responsive front-end user interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript to ensure intuitive digital journeys for clinicians and patients.
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems following strict test-driven development and architectural best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce automated unit testing to guarantee platform security, high availability, and code quality.
  • Mentor junior engineers through paired programming and design discussions to foster technical growth and engineering excellence across the team.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required.
  • 4 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • 5 years of professional fullstack software development experience building cloud-native applications in an Agile environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot paired with strong hands-on experience in Next.js or React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Documented experience building microservices and managing cloud infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
