Job Title:  AEM developer (Adobe experience manager)

Job Description:

  •  Design, develop, and implement scalable web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — including AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
  •  Build and configure AEM components, templates, dialogs, and Sling Models for reusable and maintainable front-end and back-end development.
  •  Develop and manage AEM Workflows, custom process steps, and automation for content and asset management.
  •  Integrate AEM with third-party systems using REST APIs and ensure seamless data exchange.
  •  Define and implement OSGi services, Apache Sling components, and JCR repository structures.
  •  Configure and optimize the AEM Dispatcher for performance and security.
  •  Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue).
  •  Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  •  Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from design and coding to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Required Skills & Experience
  •  Extensive hands-on AEM development experience, including AEMaaCS and on-prem/hybrid environments.
  •  Strong knowledge of AEM Workflows, Sling, OSGi, Apache Felix, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
  •  Proven experience integrating AEM Assets and other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  •  Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, SASS, CSS3, JavaScript).
  •  Experience defining and configuring AEM Dispatcher rules.
  •  Solid understanding of software design patterns, version control, and CI/CD practices.
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
