Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architecture design, and mentoring while delivering high-quality solutions in a distributed cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications.
• Architect and implement enterprise-grade microservices and distributed systems.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot and NodeJS.
• Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor development teams and enforce coding, security, and performance best practices.
• Drive code reviews, solution design reviews, and technical governance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Participate in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and cloud deployment activities.
