We're seeking a Marketing Assistant or Intern who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to support a fast-paced marketing team. We are looking for a part-time or full-time teammate who will play a key part in supporting our corporate marketing team through a mix of creative, administrative, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and succeeds at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Your Role Looks Like:
  • Supporting the maintenance of the firmwide CRM database, ensuring accuracy through data entry, auditing, and coordination with staff across various teams
  • Assisting with public relations initiatives including sponsorship processing, preparing awards submissions, and supporting internal and external events
  • Supporting with conference logistics including coordination of exhibit spaces, sponsorships, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up
  • Supporting our digital presence through posting social media content, engagement with clients and followers, and website updates Supporting the creation, editing, and maintenance of marketing materials, including project case studies, as well as digital and printed collateral
  • Assisting with project photography, videography, and translating technical content into engaging visuals and written materials
  • Organizing marketing assets, promotional items, and maintaining an ordered marketing server

Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Pursuing or holding a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Some work experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry
