Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA, version control systems like Git, and frameworks like Spring Boot and React is typically expected. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication help interns collaborate and learn quickly in a team environment. Embracing a proactive learning approach and collaborating closely with other developers can help interns overcome initial hurdles and build confidence in contributing to real projects.
