IBM FileNet / Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Support & Development / IBM FileNet Administrator + Production Support role
We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet / ECM Support Engineer with expertise in FileNet P8, Datacap, and enterprise content management technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap environments
Troubleshoot production issues related to document management and content capture systems
Work with ICN, IBM Content Collector, WebSphere Liberty, and Oracle databases
Perform application monitoring, incident management, and batch support activities
Develop and support automation/scripts using Java and Python
Support applications across Unix/Linux/Windows environments
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams for issue resolution and system enhancements
