Familiarity with tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA, version control systems such as Git, and frameworks like Spring or Hibernate is commonly required, and certifications like Oracle Certified Java Programmer can be beneficial. Excellent analytical thinking, teamwork, and clear communication are vital soft skills for collaborating on complex projects and troubleshooting issues. These combined skills ensure efficient, high-quality software development that meets user requirements and industry standards.
