  • 8+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications using Java.
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications using Spring Boot and modern Java frameworks.
  • 4+ years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience, including AEM On-Prem or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
  • Experience designing and developing highly available public-facing web applications.
  • Experience building applications using microservices architecture.
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications within AWS environments.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party platforms.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex production systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale global e-commerce or digital experience platforms.
  • Experience with modern front-end technologies including React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, SNS, SQS, and Load Balancers.
  • Experience with containerized environments and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Maven, or Gradle.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience serving as a technical lead, software architect, or lead engineer.
What Makes You Successful
  • You thrive in environments where business strategy and technology intersect.
  • You enjoy solving complex engineering challenges at scale.
  • You can influence without authority and align technical teams around shared goals.
  • You balance long-term architectural thinking with practical execution.
  • You are passionate about mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
  • You have experience delivering reliable, customer-focused digital products in fast-moving enterprise environments.
