Job Description
  • At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
  • Experience with Communications domain.
  • At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
  • Expert in using JMeter 2.8 and above versions for complex front end,middleware and backend applications
  • Expertize in developing Work Load Patterns, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them
  • Interact with subject matter experts, developers, integration staff, environment staff, systems analysts, E2E designers, components designers and business and systems analysts while doing performance impact analysis
  • Understanding of the application, identifying key business processes in the application, preparing the load scenarios and participate in test execution
  • Resolving outstanding test data setup issues and queries for performance testing monitoring and analysis
  • Own the change control (including impact analysis) process for all scripts
  • Prioritize and plan validation of non-functional production issues based on criticality assigned by Program team and client
  • Prepare Performance Test Report and share with all the stakeholders
  • Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience.
  • Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, micro-services, Angular js etc.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
