Responsibilities include writing clean code, debugging issues, collaborating with teams remotely, and ensuring system stability outside regular business hours. Night shift developers may also handle urgent issues, deploy updates, and provide support to maintain smooth operations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Java Developer Night Shift position, and why are they important?
