6 to 10 years experience in Core Java, J2EE, 

Resource should have strong development experience in Core Java, J2EE - Swings preferred. 

Should be proficient in writing SQL queries. 

Should have strong analytical and design skills and be a quick learner.

Good verbal and written communication.

Should know PL/SQL and Unix
