OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for an Office Manager
Office Manager (onsite Role)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
• Responsible for day to day management of office administrative functions.
• Acts as primary point of contact for building, facility, and vendor management.
• Maintains office equipment and related servicing and contracts.
• Manages supply requisition for the site.
• Establishes office policies, standards and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Performs a broad range of administrative/clerical duties including: preparing reports and agendas that may require compilation, layout and formatting of various data, composing replies to correspondence, and composing letters, memoranda, or reports in final form. Arranges appointments and travel reservations.
• Verifies and processes expense reports and allocates funds to appropriate budget categories.
• Makes routine purchases within prescribed guidelines.
• Maintains and updates complex files or record systems, including data in SAP.
• Determines nature and appropriate destination of incoming phone calls or electronic mail queries.
• 0-3 years experience.
