Overview:
Role: Java Architect
Location: North Quincy, MA - hybrid onsite
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based applications.
  • Define architecture blueprints, technical standards, and best practices.
  • Lead the selection of frameworks, platforms, and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
  • Participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Architect or Senior Java Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of:
