Job description

  • We are seeking an experienced Navy 3M Subject Matter Expert to enhance fleet maintenance readiness by
  • Providing technical guidance on shipboard maintenance processes, assessments, and integrated systems
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team focused on ensuring the reliability and sustainment of the SSEE system
  • Reviewing and responding to Fleet support communications regarding Feedback Reports to maintain operational continuity

  • Handson experience with U.S. Navy 3M maintenance processes or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • RCM Level II certification (required)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance

  • Experience troubleshooting C5ISR systems
  • Strong preference for experience with SSEE Increment E, SSEE Increment F, and/or Tactical Cryptologic System (TCS)
  • Active-Duty U.S. Navy experience as a Work Center Supervisor or 3M Coordinator
  • Active-Duty U.S. Navy experience as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM)
  • Working knowledge of Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs), Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs), and Feedback Reports (FBRs)
  • Prior shipboard maintenance, inspection, or readiness support experience
  • Familiarity with Navy logistics and technical data systems
  • Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within crossfunctional teams
  • Strong problemsolving and technical documentation abilities
