Your work will ensure the continuous delivery of advanced technological solutions, playing a crucial part in advancing our client’s position as a market leader.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days per week onsite in our client’s Chicago office, 40 hours per week total

What You’ll Do:

  • Engineer secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions with a high degree of autonomy.
* Develop clean, modular, and production-ready code for critical applications.
* Design and implement application modules and comprehensive unit tests.
* Contribute to the debugging and design of automated test frameworks.
* Conduct thorough system-wide and integration testing to ensure robust performance.
* Apply strong language proficiency to design with guidance and code independently.
* Create and maintain essential test artifacts, facilitating artifact reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
* Strong expertise in core Java and backend development.
* Proven industry experience with Core Java and Multithreading.
* Solid UNIX knowledge.
* Experience with automation testing, specifically using Cucumber.
* Demonstrated experience working in a Continuous Integration environment, utilizing tools like Jenkins and Ansible.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud.
