Job description

Java Developer

Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based applications.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern architecture patterns (Microservices, REST APIs).

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance optimizations.

Drive CI/CD practices, DevOps integration, and automated testing. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Strong experience in Java (8 or above) and J2EE technologies.

Hands-on expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).

Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker).

Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and system design.
