Job Description

Lead full stack development across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI capabilities
Provide handson leadership with Angular 16+ and React for enterprise applicationsArchitect and deliver scalable, highperformance, and userfriendly web applications
Define and enforce standards for reusable UI components, shared services, and state management
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive frontend optimization for performance, accessibility, and crossbrowser compatibility
Establish testing strategies and ensure high code quality using modern testing frameworks
Lead design and development of RESTful and microservicesbased APIs
Guide backend engineering using Java and Spring Boot with best practices
Own business logic, API contracts, and seamless frontend/backend integration
Design and implement secure authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms
Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance across systems
Define best practices for exception handling, logging, monitoring, and observability

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100000 to $130000
