Qualifications

Technical experience
7+ years of Java Web development and backend database development experience
End-to-end Java application design experience with strong knowledge of design patterns and performance optimization
Strong Experience with Java, Ajax, JavaScript, JSP, Hibernate, Hibernate Spring,Eclipse
Knowledge and experience in Apache with Tomcat, BEA Web Logic, JBOSS
Strong database design and optimization skills - Sybase, Oracle etc.  (Sybase IQ is plus)
Good Unix / Perl / Shell Scripting skills
Trouble shooting and strong analytical skills
