Implementation Engineer (Client Support)
Clinical Architecture is seeking an Implementation Engineer (Client Support) to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role will guide the technical implementation of our applications and software and provide service as a continual resource during the lifespan of the client relationship. This position will challenge the Implementation Engineer to learn our software and its capabilities and assist our clients with their technical initiatives.
  • This role is based on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters, five days a week. While we are an in-office organization, we do our best to offer flexibility when needed, ensuring both work-life balance and uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot clients' software deployment issues across various infrastructure environments.
  • Offer implementation guidance and technical support to clients using Clinical Architecture software and web services.
  • Ensure a positive client experience by delivering exceptional service and engage with clients throughout our business relationship.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and utilize available resources to propose solutions.

Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in relational databases; some proficiency in SQL required.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting web services.
  • Basic programming experience required in C#, Java, Python, or equivalent languages.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server / IIS and cloud hosting / computing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with coding formats such as HL7, FHIR, CCDA is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and thrive in a team environment.
  • Motivated to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 5 years in technical implementation support experience or equivalent is required.
  • Client support experience is required.
  • College or University degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working in Engineering, Implementation Architecture, or Product support a plus.
