Job description

Contribute to the ongoing development of web applications and command line tools that have a direct impact on the company's engineering, manufacturing and business processes. Working within a small team, student developers gain hands‑on experience implementing new projects and features, troubleshooting bugs, and continuously improving our development workflows and environments. Typical work includes the opportunity to utilize a range of programming languages and tools including PHP, Symfony, Python, Django, JavaScript and MySQL.

This position is full‑time and in‑person at our Verona, WI facility for a Spring/Summer 2027 Co‑Op (January‑August 2027) or a Summer/Fall 2027 Co‑Op (May‑December2027). This typically requires students to take a semester off school to accommodate.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of object‑oriented design principles and common design patterns with some experience with Python, PHP or another dynamic language.
  • A basic understanding of common software development tools and practices such as Git and GitLab, package management, automated testing and code review.
  • Comfortable working in a primarily Linux‑based environment.
