Job Summary
JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and Python development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while working in an Agile environment. This role requires hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, cloud-native technologies, and modern front-end frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Create Python scripts and applications for automation, data processing, and backend services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Java 8/11/17 .
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot , Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture .
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js , Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, or scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including:

  • ECS/EKS
  • CloudFormation
  • IAM
  • RDS
  • DynamoDB
  • CloudWatch
  • SNS/SQS
  • Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or DynamoDB) is a plus.
  • Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
