Job description

Hi,

 
Position:  Senior Java Developer
Location:  100% onsite in Riverwoods, IL (outside Chicago)
Duration:  6+ Months
 
W2 requirement || C2C not possible 

Must have: Java, Spring, AWS, TDD, Cucumber, must have done their own testing (it wont be on the resume, but must have reverse strings, anagrams, data structure, algorithms)

Nice to have: EMR/Spark

Requirements:

o   Experience with Java Spring, Java 21

o   AWS experience with EMR/Spark-SUPER NICE TO HAVE (but could be okay if they''re strong and don''t have Spark experience)

o   most important is Java coding/development (looking for core engineer)

o   Senior engineers primarily (5-7 years at a minimum of Java)

o   Familiar with TDD, BDD, Cucumber

o   looking for a backend Java engineer; working on data intensive; Spark applications and maintain and run in some case; some are Springboot

o   Interview layout: Work experience, then coding questions in real time (how do you reverse strings, anagrams, etc)
