> Assist other developers, testers, and/or client stakeholders to > understand relevant requirements. > Perform configuration management tasks for projects. > WORK EXPERIENCE: > At least six (6) years of experience developing and maintaining medium- to high-complexity software applications required.

> Experience with Oracle, Java, WebLogic, and GlassFish development and maintenance required. > Experience with Adobe Flex development and maintenance preferred. > Experience with ColdFusion development and maintenance preferred.

> Proven experience working with users in an Agile environment to understand requirements, elicit feedback, and refine solutions via demonstrations.
