Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
•    Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience and hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
•    5+ years of experience in full-stack Java development within team (Agile/Scrum) environments and large implementations
•    Mandatory hands-on experience with core Java, Spring, and REST services
•    Utilize advanced tools like Copilot and Codeium to streamline development processes and improve productivity.
•    Excellent knowledge and experience in System Design, Domain Driven Design, and Microservices
•    Experience with architectural patterns for scalability, high availability, performance, and disaster recovery
•    Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
•    Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
•    Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
•    Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
•    Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
