Job description

This is a fully onsite position based in Mahwah, New Jersey. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available. Candidates must be able and willing to work in the Mahwah office five days per week.

About SAYDAR

SAYDAR is entering an exciting stage of growth, and we are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to help build and expand the systems that support our business. This is an opportunity to join a highly motivated engineering team with a strong, well-maintained codebase, reliable infrastructure, and a solid technical foundation already in place. Rather than stepping into an environment that needs to be rebuilt, you will focus on developing new functionality, strengthening existing applications, and creating integrations that improve how the business operates. You will work across backend systems and user-facing applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, Entity Framework, Angular, and NGRX. The role will also involve connecting key business platforms, including warehouse management, ERP, e-commerce, shipping, inventory, and other third-party systems. Working closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership, you will take ownership of projects from initial discovery and requirements gathering through development, implementation, and ongoing support. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, communicating directly with users, and building practical, scalable solutions that support continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, and Entity Framework.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that support internal and external applications.
  • Build and enhance responsive front-end interfaces using Angular and NGRX.
  • Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services.
  • Build and support integrations with systems such as WMS platforms, e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, shipping carriers, inventory systems, and other third-party applications.
  • Own projects from the initial request through discovery, requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, follow-up, and ongoing support.
  • Meet with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify needs, clarify requirements, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with users, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architecture, and technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across client and server components.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full application stack, including database, API, integration, and UI layers.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively follow up on open items and ensure projects and requests are completed successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work fully onsite in Mahwah, New Jersey, five days per week.
  • This position is not remote or hybrid.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in full-stack or backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience developing front-end applications using Angular and NGRX.
  • Experience building or supporting integrations with WMS, ERP, e-commerce, shipping carrier, inventory, logistics, or other operational platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute technical projects from initial discovery through implementation and follow-up.
  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Git and modern version-control workflows.
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture and full-stack development principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • A practical, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to speak with people across the organization to fully understand and resolve their needs.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations between business systems, including WMS platforms, ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, shipping carriers, inventory systems, logistics platforms, and other third-party applications.
