Job description

Full Stack Engineer (Front-End)

Location: Durham, NC

Duration: Long Term Contract

Must have Skills: 80-90% front-end experience (i.e. Angular, Node if possible)

Some exposure to back-end technologies (Java, Rest Services)

Additional Skills: AWS would be a huge plus

Requirement:

  • 8+ years of hands on web application development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular, NodeJS and ExpressJS.
  • Proficient in Java, API Services development and consumption using modern frameworks and open source technologies.
  • Experience in innovative tools and methods to enable efficiency, performance and agility through automating DevOps processes, continuous integration and delivery pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Stash, Ansible, Docker).
  • Knowledge of public and private cloud capabilities including compute, storage, database and analytics.
  • Working knowledge of testing frameworks like Junit, Cypress, Mockito, Jasmine, Selenium.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL database management systems.
  • Leadership & Strong execution skills in a fast-paced environment using agile methodologies.
  • Capability to support critically important customer facing platforms and applications.
  • Engaging in working with distributed team of developers in leading best practices for software engineering.
