Job description

Role: Java Developer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: New Port Beach, CA
LOCAL candidates only
Important:
-6 months Right to Hire will go into the work order
-staff aug REQ - please prepare your candidate for multiple interviews including an interview with our client
-please collect right to represent statements from any candidates you submit
-LOCAL candidates only or candidates willing to relocate - no weekly travelers - candidates need to be on site Monday through Friday 40 hours.

Responsibilities:
need for Java contractor to add additional features to middle tier of an existing three-tier application used for managing bond trading workflow
• Extend an existing Java server in Java using Spring
• Create DTO definitions using AVRO over MQ and REST
• Adhere to Spring ioC guidelines
• Experience working with Oracle database and in writing SQL queries
• Write unit tests where needed
