Core Java, JS, JSP, Servlet, JMS, MQ, Tiles, JQuery, Struts, Spring, I-Batis (Intgration between struts & spring is require). Spring Web flow framework. 
Database: Oracle, DB2;  OS- Unix, Windows; Version Control- PVCS 
IDE(Integrated Development Environment): Rational Application Developer (7.x version) 
Application Server : Websphere application server 
Good to Have: JCA (good to have); SQL Developer; Secure CRT/Putty
