Lead Application Developer

The Lead Application Developer coordinates systems efforts through direct and indirect staff. Directs development teams in areas of scheduling, technical direction, and standard development practices. Participates in procurement of applications or equipment in support of project assignments. Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project / program objectives are met. Practices techniques for managing project activities and implementing systems. Directs team to lead to a successful implementation of assigned work efforts.

Contact Center Developer

The role of the Contact Center Developer is to develop, integrate, and support multiple contact center solutions across various lines of business with a focus on Customer Relationship Management technology as well as modernization through AWS microservices. This includes new development, customizations of existing technologies and modernizing existing technical stacks leveraged across the Contact Centers and their respective platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing enhancements and modifications on multiple platforms. Strong communication skills, being a self-starter and having the ability to work in a strong multi-location team environment is a necessity

Maintenance and minor enhancements for legacy technologies (Java 8, struts, JWS, WebSphere) while working towards full modernization

Design, build, and maintain modern scalable applications in containerized environments – with focus on reliability, architecture and design patterns, for example

Provision AWS resources through code run in a pipeline.

Develop microservices in Java and Spring framework and deploy in AWS containers

Use DevOps tooling to provide continuous delivery while complying with and improving automated quality control.

Creates and maintains CICD pipelines using a major vendor like Gitlab, Github etc.

Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.

Helps with Contact Center POC’s for CRMs, integration to Five9, App monitoring, etc.

Analyzes, designs, codes, debugs, integrates and tests complex software application solutions for systems.

Desired Industry Skills: Java 8, Java 11+, SpringBoot, Docker, Amazon Web Services

5 – 7+ Years experience in application development that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience working with a large-scale contact center technology (e.g. Genesys, Twilio, Five9)
