**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. As a SailPoint Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, and proficiency in Java programming.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and deploy identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Customize and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business requirements.
- Develop connectors and integration solutions with other systems and applications.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated on SailPoint IdentityIQ product enhancements and new features.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in identity and access management.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and principles.
- Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including customization, configuration, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and solutions.
- Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer (SCIIE) are a plus.
