Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to join their agile product development team. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers to translate business needs into actionable user stories and working alongside software engineers to build and enhance AI/ML platforms and tools.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of new software using Java and modern technologies.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile team environment.
• Translate business value into user stories and technical tasks.
• Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews.
• Design and develop real-time and batch interfacing solutions with web and client-server applications.
• Participate in iteration planning, demos, and paired programming sessions.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning tools and DevOps practices.
• Define and promote coding standards and development best practices.
• Identify risks and provide technical education to business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, and Postgres.
• Experience with AI/ML model development using open-source frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with Python, Jenkins, Hadoop, BigQuery, Kafka, REST APIs, and Kubernetes.
