  • Accueillir les clients dès leur arrivée en étant toujours souriant ;
  • Assister et renseigner au meilleur de ses connaissances les clients dans leur démarche d’achat.
  • Offrir au client un service personnalisé sur mesure et proposer des achats complémentaires.
  • Assurer l’affichage et l’exactitude des étiquettes de prix pour tous les produits.
  • Prendre soins des plantes, fleurs et arbustes selon les indications.
  • Mettre en valeur les produits pour la vente, les étiqueter et les disposer dans la serre.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe à entretenir les plantes et le Centre de jardin afin qu’ils soient accueillants et en bonne condition.
  • Conseiller les clients concernant les différents produits offerts selon l’utilisation et valider la qualité et la quantité de produits qu'ils désirent acheter;
  • Réaliser les transactions et les factures de vente à la caisse.
Le candidat devra :
  • Connaitre les végétaux (arbres, arbustes, vivaces);
  • Avoir de l'expérience en service à la clientèle;
  • Avoir un permis pour la vente de pesticides.
