We are now on the lookout for a passionate, dynamic Event Sales Manager to join our team, and to help deliver unforgettable hospitality in a one-of-a-kind setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Market and promote SUSHISAMBA, collect data from guests to generate sales and stimulate revenue.
  • Conduct prospecting cold calls/warm calls on a continuous basis, making sales presentations, closing sales, maintaining good relationships with the client’s and delivering the sales quota
  • Develop and manage campaigns to promote restaurants to include food, beverages, music and design
  • Program and manage the reservations system to maximize yield and build a guest data base
  • Participate in weekly sales strategy forecast meeting to anticipate service and staffing needs for the reservations department
  • Monitor actual and projected event sales daily

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5 years of experience working as a Event Sales Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language both written and verbal.
  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
  • Full ownership of your role.
  • Possession of a valid California Food Handler Card and RBS/ABC certification.
  • Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.
