Position Summary
Position Overview
Work as a member of the team supporting the DWH system, collaborating closely with the development team located in Japan.
Gather and define business requirements from US‑based users and communicate them to the Japan development team.
Coordinate between US business users and Japan developers to ensure clarity and alignment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Clarify business user needs and relay requirements to the Japan development team.
Conduct initial UAT after development completion, followed by coordinating UAT with business users.
Support ongoing maintenance and communication between stakeholders in the US and Japan.
Minimum Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with DWH system implementation
Proven ability to manage system development processes
Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in cross‑border collaboration between Japan and US teams
Experience facilitating business requirement definition and testing
Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industry projects (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
