The team operates at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with traders, quantitative teams, and application developers to ensure stability, performance, and accuracy across complex OTC trading workflows. This role plays a key part in strengthening automation maturity and ensuring trade lifecycle accuracy across systems that support swaps, interest rate products, caps/floors, and other derivatives.   • Perform API, UI, and data validation testing using tools such as Selenium, Postman, and SQL
  • Convert business requirements and Xray test scenarios into scalable automation scripts
  • Conduct impact assessments for new features and production changes
  • Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA, ensuring traceability and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders across regions
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
  • Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) communication support between global technology teams and Japan-based stakeholders

Are you a proven QA/SDET professional with Front Office Sales & Trading expertise?

  • 8+ years of experience in large-scale software development and QA environments
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience developing automation frameworks using Java or Python
  • Strong experience with Selenium and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Solid SQL skills with experience validating complex trade and financial data
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting Front Office Fixed Income or Derivatives Sales & Trading workflows
  • Strong understanding of OTC trade lifecycle processes, including risk evaluation and downstream booking
  • Experience with capital markets platforms such as Sophis, Murex, Summit, Numerix, ION, CRD, or similar systems preferred
  • Hands-on experience using Xray within JIRA for test case management and defect tracking
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Language Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders in both regions
  • Experience supporting cross-border technology or trading teams is strongly preferred

Desired Qualifications:
