Must be eligible to work in the US
Duties:
  • Managing the global consolidation and review of monthly financial statements for all entities
  • Construction of monthly MD&A memo reporting on financial results and variances relative to budget
  • Review and consolidation of monthly reported data from all entities such as incoming order detail, backlog, capex, intercompany balances, and headcount, among others
  • Oversee and administer annual and semi-annual global budgeting processes
  • Collecting and consolidation weekly actual bank cash reports and cash forecasts from all entities
  • Assisting Global Controller with annual audit and
  • Ad Hoc reporting, financial analyses, and presentations as needed for management, lenders, and investors

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required
  • CPA desired, but not required
  • Ten years of related experience
  • Must be available to work on site
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintain a view of the big picture
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
