NOW HIRING: Full-Time Evening Shift Commercial Janitorial Area Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader who takes pride in maintaining high standards, motivating teams, and delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Commercial Janitorial Area Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations and support our growing team.

Position: Full-Time Evening Shift Area Supervisor

Schedule: Evening Shift (Full-Time)

Position Summary

The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple commercial cleaning accounts during evening operations. This role ensures quality service delivery, staff supervision, training, inspections, supply management, and strong client satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise evening cleaning crews across multiple locations
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure cleaning standards are met
  • Train, coach, and support janitorial staff
  • Address staffing needs, scheduling issues, and attendance concerns
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and respond to service concerns
  • Deliver supplies, equipment, and site support as needed
  • Complete reports, inspections, and documentation accurately
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Commercial cleaning/janitorial experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

The following requirements are client specific for contracted medical facilities. Area Supervisors providing oversight to these locations will be required to hold and/or complete some and/or all the following additional job requirements unless medical and/or religious exemption is granted.

  • Client specific educational on-line learning modules
  • Office of Inspector General background verification
  • TB Test or record thereof (within the last 6 months)
  • Flu Shot or record thereof
  • Documented proof of immunity to Rubella and Rubeola, and Hepatitis B. Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccine and 2nd administration of MMR is also acceptable.
  • Hepatitis C testing
  • Physical examination
