Job description

Position: Janitorial Associate
Location: North Seattle
Pay: $17.13 - $25.00 DOE

Looking for your next opportunity in custodial services? We’d love to connect. As a local staffing partner, we work closely with companies that regularly hire for these types of roles. Even if we don’t have a current opening that’s the perfect fit today, building a relationship now allows us to reach out as soon as the right opportunity becomes available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting assigned areas
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
  • Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of properly
  • Restock supplies such as paper products, hand soap, and cleaning materials as needed
  • Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
  • Follow sitespecific instructions, schedules, and safety protocols
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to a supervisor in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks independently or as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
